The Dallas Cowboys OTA's wrapped up yesterday and a lot can be taken away from it. CeeDee Lamb was not present today and George Pickens was still absent from OTA's.

The day before the Offense won the day, today it was the defense taking control
Prescott went 11-16 on the day, being picked off once by Colbie Durant on a spectactular diving interception.
The receiver core featured Ryan Flournoy, MVS, and Kavonte Turpin with emphasis on the quick game(slants, sticks, short throws)
Javonte Williams was absent so Phil Mafah and Jayden Blue split the first team reps
Sam Howell took more of an active role in the QB2 spot and had a better day than Joe Milton
Over to the defense, Christian Parker seems to be trusting Downs more and more on the defense, utilizing him in different positions(nickel, box-safety, deep-safety)
Dee Winters and Demarion Overshown seem to be emerging as the linebacker core for the upcoming season with DMO being utilized in different positions.
Revel and Barnham have impressed, especially revel who was without the brace today and had a couple of deflections.
Overall a nice defensive day for the Dallas Cowboys, which even without CeeDee and GP3, it is a nice sign for the Cowboys to see their defense to answer the call.
