Cowboys Padded Practice Day 8 Recap

Just because the Pre-season started doesn't mean your favorite series is done. The Cowboys wrapped up another day of padded practices and it brought upon a very offensive day(you'll see what I mean by that).

• The offense heard the talk about this improved defense and killed the defense today. Prescott threw it all over the plays and everybody got in on the action: Turpin, GP, Ferguson, CD Lamb.

• Couple of players like Mafah and Blue had limited reps due to soreness from the last game, which provided Malik Davis to be the RB2 today.

• Schotty talked about adjustments to the depth chart, the most notable one would be the QB2 shake up between Milton and Howell. Schotty mentioned that Howell was QB2 last week, but hinted towards Joe Milton taking QB2 reps tomorrow.

• Devin Moore saw first team reps in place of Calen Carson.

• The second team OL was completely shaken up: Shelton, Keegan, Leverett, Bass, and Nate Thomas from left to right.

• Jaishawn Barnham is close to returning to full-speed pretty soon.
