The Dallas Cowboys had 3 games revealed in the past 2 weeks, all3 of them with some historical significance or with some exotic location, let's look and preview all of them!

Cowboys vs Giants @ NY SNF Week 1:

The Cowboys for the upteenth time will book a trip to the big apple to play the New York Giants in the 10th week 1 matchup between these two teams since 2006. Prescott himself hasn't lost to the Giants since 2016 in a game that he has started and finished( the latest matchup not counting towards it). A new look Giants team for sure, upgraded offense, newly revamped defensive line, but the Cowboys have some defensive upgrades of their own with the drafting of Caleb Downs and Malachi Lawrence. Won't give a exact score prediction, as that will come in a later post, but expect the Cowboys to win this game by a decent margin, although expect it to be closer than earlier matchups.

Historical matchup, the Cowboys traveled to New York in 2023 in what was supposed to be a hailed matchup between two playoff teams from the previous year. Fun fact, the game was not entertaining at all: https://youtu.be/Eg8V0CcqdfE?si=zA054wXwz2QpRKyo

Week 3 Cowboys vs Ravens @Brazil Sep 27:

The first game in Brazil for the NFL and it is hosted by the poster boy for the NFL, the Cowboys. If you live in Brazil and have interest in the NFL, this is the game to watch, two electrifying offenses featuring premier QBS with high-end talent on both sides of the ball clashing with each other for about 60 minutes of game time, you couldn't ask for more excitement in this one. As it stands, I believe the offensive firepower of the Cowboys will be what gets them this victory, but pass-protection and run defense was the detriment of the Cowboys the last time they faced the Ravens in 2024. Although its a new team compared to then, its still something to watch out for.

Historical Matchup: As mentioned the last time these two teams matched up in 2024 went down to the wire after a 4th quarter resurgence by the Cowboys. Ultimately the reigning mvp Lamar Jackson held off Prescott's 4th quarter rally in order to edge out the 28-25 victory: https://youtu.be/9IY9awOZbEU?si=HcPb55tq9ghLAmM8

The final game that was released for the Cowboys is what will probably be the game of the season, the fabled rival Philadelphia Eagles come into Dallas for turkey day.

The Cowboys have won the last 4 thanksgiving games and haven't played Philly on this day since 2014 in a game that many Cowboy fans probably threw into a dumpster because of how bad it went. But looking to present day its as good as it can get. The last 2 matchups for these teams went down to the wire on both occasions, expect this one to be as good to. You get to see this high powered Cowboy offense wrangle with a premier Eagles defense on what will probably be the most viewed game in NFL history( funny enough that record keeps getting broken by the Cowboys every year). Not to shrug off this impressive Eagles offense led by SB MVP Jalen Hurts vs the young and improved Cowboys defense, this one will be a very fun matchup. Again, hard to predict the winner of this, although Dallas usually has the edge whenever the matchups are set in Dallas.

Historical matchup: Last time the Cowboys and Eagles met date back to 2014 on thanksgiving day where the Eagles won the day by blitzing the Cowboys early with Sanchez and Lesean Mccoy. It didn't really help that Tony Romo was practically a hospital patient with how much IV Fluids he was taking during the game but it didn't really matter as the Cowboys historic run game that year was shut down in the game. Although Dallas got their revenge 2 weeks later to secure the division, this one stung.
